CampusPin Q&A

How do I save colleges on CampusPin?

Short answerClick the pin icon on any school card or profile to add it to your shortlist. Without an account, pins stay in your current browser session. Create a free account to keep them across devices.

CampusPin’s shortlist is intentionally low-friction. Anyone can pin a school by clicking the pin icon — on a search-results card, on a school profile, or from the /compare page — and the pinned list shows up in the navbar so you can return to it any time during the session.

A free CampusPin account does two things: it keeps your pinned list across devices (so a list you start on a laptop is still there on your phone) and it gives you a stable place to come back to weeks or months later. CampusPin does not gate basic search, comparison, or profile viewing behind a paywall, and creating an account is free.

How to do it

  1. Click the pin icon on any school card or profile.
  2. Open your pinned list from the navbar to review what you saved.
  3. Optionally sign up for a free account to keep pins across devices.
  4. Use /compare to put pinned schools side by side.
