College comparison worksheet
A one-page worksheet for comparing up to four colleges side by side on the factors that actually drive the decision — cost, location, size, programs, deadlines, and fit. Free to print, save as a PDF, copy, or share. Counselors are welcome to distribute it to students and families.
How to use it
- Write one college in each column header.
- Fill each row from official sources or each school's CampusPin profile.
- Compare net price (after aid) — not sticker price — when weighing cost.
- Score overall fit 1–5 at the bottom, then talk through the gaps.
- Verify final admissions, cost, aid, and deadline details with each institution before deciding.
